Club Leadership & Governance

South Shore Boat Club is guided by a member-elected Board each year to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term direction of the club. Members elect the Bridge annually, including the Commodore, Vice Commodore, Secretary, and Treasurer. Board members serve three-year terms, with positions rotating each year to ensure continuity, fresh ideas, and strong member representation in the leadership of the club.
